Multi-Line Cobot Palletizer for Parallel Production Flows
When multiple small production lines share the same packing hall, a multi-line cobot palletizer lets you palletize products from several conveyors using a single collaborative robot.
Palletizes products from multiple lines with shared cobot operation
Van Made’s Multi-Line Cobot Palletizer allows one cobot to service two or more parallel production lines. Engineered for factories with limited space and mixed-SKU output, the system uses intelligent line selection, conveyor merging and pattern control to assign pallets to different SKUs efficiently.
The cobot automatically switches between infeed lanes based on product detection, queue priority or recipe scheduling. A custom gripper accommodates cartons, trays or bags depending on application. Optional pallet conveyors feed empty pallets into position, while the cobot places products in alternating stacks, building accurate and stable pallet loads.
The modular frame enables integration with existing conveyors, case packers or baggers. Operators can change pallet patterns and SKU assignments directly from the HMI without robotics knowledge. This configuration reduces capital cost compared to multiple dedicated palletizers and improves operational flexibility.
Benefits
- — One cobot handles multiple production lines
- — Reduces capital cost vs. multiple single-line palletizers
- — Smart product routing for mixed-SKU lines
- — Compact footprint for small plants
- — Quick recipe & pattern changes via HMI
