Bottle Filling and Capping Machine for Liquid Products 10–500 ml

When packaging liquid products into bottles, you need a system that combines dosing, closing, and inspection without disrupting flow or accuracy. A monoblock filling machine integrates multiple packaging steps into one controlled process, reducing handling and improving consistency.

Fill, cap, label, and inspect bottles in one system

The liquid filling monoblock from Omniprojekt is a fully automatic rotary system designed to dose, close, label, and inspect liquid products in bottles ranging from 10 to 500 ml. Built according to GMP standards, the system is suitable for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, and chemical applications, including products with different viscosities and handling requirements.

Empty bottles are fed into the system via an infeed table and transported through the monoblock carousel. Product dosing is performed using volumetric piston pumps (standard), with options for mass or magnetic flow measurement. The system uses progressive nozzle movement to control filling and reduce splashing or foaming, ensuring accurate and repeatable dosing.

Closures such as screw caps, corks, or specialised closures are applied using a pick-and-place system and tightened with servo-controlled torque, ensuring consistent sealing. Integrated inspection systems verify correct cap placement and detect missing or defective closures.

The machine can include an integrated labelling station and inkjet or laser coding, enabling full traceability within the same unit. Additional inspection systems check label presence and print quality, while defective bottles are automatically rejected.

For high accuracy, the system can be equipped with a checkweighing function, measuring bottles before and after filling and adjusting dosing parameters in real time. Optional features such as inert gas flushing support sensitive products by reducing oxygen exposure.

With capacities of up to 1,500 bottles/hour (SPX-1500) and 3,000 bottles/hour (DPX-3000), the system is suitable for small to medium-scale production. The compact footprint (approx. 3000 × 1400 × 2140 mm) allows installation in space-constrained environments, while format changeovers can be completed within 15–20 minutes.

The machine is controlled via a Siemens HMI with PLC, enabling monitoring, parameter adjustment, and remote access as part of Industry 4.0 environments.
