The Vanwyk Dispense Cluster is designed for high-capacity liquid dispensing where a limited number of ingredients must be dosed quickly and accurately. The system uses multiple high-capacity valves arranged in a circular configuration above a central weighing scale, enabling efficient bulk dosing into containers.
The dispensing process is based on pneumatically controlled valves with proportional dual opening, allowing controlled flow rates across different dosing stages. Valve sizes can be selected depending on the required throughput, supporting dispensing speeds exceeding 50 liters per minute for larger valves.
The system is available in single-circle or multi-circle configurations, allowing optimization between valve density and footprint. This flexibility enables the system to handle different production requirements while maintaining a compact layout.
The integrated weighing system ensures accurate dosing across large batch sizes, typically up to approximately 1250 kg, while maintaining repeatability. Stainless steel construction and controlled piping systems support reliable operation and compatibility with a wide range of liquid formulations.
The enclosed and configurable design supports safe and clean operation, with options such as ventilation, valve heating or cooling, and EX-proof configurations for handling sensitive or hazardous materials.
