The Vanwyk Compact Dispense Line is a modular liquid dosing system designed for automated compounding of flavours, fragrances, and other multi-component liquid formulations. The system enables precise dispensing of up to hundreds of raw materials within a single line, supporting both small-dose accuracy and large-batch production.
The dispensing process is based on a linear setup with moving scales and electro-pneumatically controlled valves. A servo-driven actuator adjusts valve opening proportionally, allowing accurate control over flow rates across a wide dosing range. The dual-scale configuration enables high precision for small quantities while maintaining speed for larger volumes.
The system supports dispensing from as little as 2 grams up to batch sizes of approximately 1250 kg, making it suitable for both development and production environments. Barcode identification and self-learning control software ensure traceability and consistent formulation execution.
The enclosed design creates a clean and safe working environment, preventing contamination and minimizing operator exposure. Safety interlocks stop dispensing when access points are opened, while drip trays and controlled transfer systems reduce product loss.
The modular construction allows easy expansion, with options such as automatic container transport, valve heating or cooling, and EX-proof configurations for handling sensitive or hazardous materials.
