The GPC packaging machine from Effytec is a fully continuous vertical form fill seal (VFFS) system designed for high-speed liquid sachet packaging. The machine forms sachets from roll film, doses the liquid product, seals the pack, and cuts the finished sachets in a continuous motion process that eliminates the stop-start movement typical of intermittent machines.
This continuous packaging principle allows the machine to reach production speeds of up to 180 sachets per minute for 1-liter flat sachets, depending on product viscosity and packaging configuration. Continuous film transport ensures stable sealing temperature and pressure, which improves seal integrity when packaging liquids.
The system can be integrated upstream with product tanks and dosing systems and downstream with secondary packaging equipment such as cartoners or case packers. The machine is suitable for packaging a wide range of liquid or semi-liquid products including sauces, dairy products, beverages, detergents, and personal care formulations.
